People not getting benefit of PMJJBY

Dear Sir,

This mail is regarding that Nominee did not get the benefit of PMJJBY insurance. Brief details are given below.

My father Late. Shri Ramphal Sharma died due to illness 15th Oct 2017. He was also insured under PMJJBY policy through PNB Bank.

I also submit the required documentation to the bank for the claim on 15th Dec 2017. After 7 months still I didn’t get the benefit, I also go to the circle office “Muzaffarnagar”, they are not able to confirm any status and advise me to go the Head Office “Life Insurance Corporation of India, P & GS Unit, Divisional Office-I, Jeevan Prakash Building, 7th Floor , 25 K G Marg, New Delhi-110001
